3. The month of October is the month of the Rosary. It is a time of prayer for the intentions and mission of the Church throughout the world. We also invite you to intensify the Rosary prayer, offering your prayers to God for His blessings, protection and guidance upon our families. Parishioners who wish to have the Icon of Our Lady Consolata and Mass (Marian Pilgrimage)
in their homes are kindly invited to register at the Parish office during the week.
4. The Consolata Shrine Professionals’ group invites all Parishioners to a Free Medical Camp on Saturday 24th October 2026 at Deepsea and on 25th October 2026 at the Shrine from 9.00am to
4.00pm. We humbly appeal for donations of medical supplies or cash–in-lieu to help serve the community effectively. Volunteer medical professionals are welcome to offer their services. For

6. Youth Serving Christ group invites all youth aged 18-25 years for Bible study every Friday, from 6.00pm to 7.00pm at the old Parish hall.
7. The construction of New Gate and Gatehouse Project is on – going. This project is intended to enhance the safety and security of our Parish community. We humbly appeal for your

8. Parishioners are invited to the Kabete Deanery Family day next Saturday 17th October here at Consolata Shrine at 10.00am. The Main Celebrant will be Rt. Rev. Bishop Jackson Murugara, Bishop of the Diocese of Meru. All are welcome
9. In Line with The World Mental Health day’s theme “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change,” Consolata Shrine CJPD invites you, your family, and caregivers to the October awareness events:

10. The Consolata Shrine Self Help Group membership recruitment drive will be held on Sunday 18th October, during all Masses. Parishioners are invited to visit their desk at the blue tent outside the Church
11. The harambee for the gate and gatehouse project will be held on Sunday 15th November 2026. The following groups will animate:
• 9.00 am: The Allamano board and professional group
• 11.00 am: Jumuiya and CWA
• 1.00 pm: CMA and Youth
